In the 'Profile' section, scroll down to the very bottom. Here you will find a section often labeled as the 'Danger Zone'. This area contains settings for significant account changes, including the option to delete your account.
Initiating Account Deletion:
Within the Danger Zone, look for the text in red that says "Delete My Account". This option is deliberately made conspicuous and separate to avoid accidental deletions.
Understanding the Consequences:
Before you proceed, it's important to understand that deleting your account is irreversible. This means all your data, including account settings, preferences, and history, will be permanently erased.
Confirming the Deletion:

Can I sell content that could be considered discriminatory or hateful?
No. You cannot sell content that encourages, supports, or incites violence, dangerous acts, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on criteria such as race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, nationality, political affiliation, or sexual orientation/identity.
Is it possible to sell illicit content?
No, it is forbidden to use Unlockt to post or distribute any illicit content.
What about computer viruses or malicious programs?
It is strictly forbidden to sell or distribute any file containing computer viruses, worms, Trojans, or any other malicious program.

To use Unlockt you must first register and create a User account. You must provide a valid email address, a country of residence, and a strong password. Keep in mind, that your password should be unique (meaning that it is different to those you use for other websites)
To register as a user:
- You must be at least 18 years old;
- If the laws of the country or State/province where you live provide that you can only be legally bound by a contract with us at an age that is higher than 18 years old, then you must be old enough to be legally bound by a contract with us under the laws of the country or State/province where you live;
- You must be permitted by the laws of the country or State/province where you are located to join Unlockt and to view any Content available on it and to use any functionality provided by it.

If an account doesn’t respect our rules, you can report it. In order to do so, you need to send an email at our support contact@unlockt.me. You may need to indicate the profile and the file you want to report.
We will then investigate and treat your demand to see if the profile needs to be sanctioned.

Please check your email to see if your account has been flagged as suspicious or restricted. If you have a Terms of Service violation, your account may be closed. If you had a previous account on Unlockt with a violation, your new account may be restricted or closed.

If a User seeks a chargeback or dispute from their credit card company, the User’s access to Unlockt may be discontinued or limited. If you believe your account has been limited in error, please contact support (contact@unlockt.me).
Any amounts that Users seek to refund or chargeback will be reported to the Creator and will be removed from the Creator’s income.
Unfortunately, Unlockt is unable to provide refunds unless your uploader decides to refund you.
It would be unfair for the content creator to lose his creation and refund you if you have already downloaded the document.
The credit card descriptors will either say: "Unlockt" or "Unlockt.me" and will always have "Unlockt" in the descriptor.
3D secure checkout is an additional authentication step for online payments to ensure that your credit card is not stolen.
You will be prompted by either: "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode" to confirm your purchase with an additional temporary verification code or SMS code. If your card is unable to be authenticated, your charge may be declined or fail.
To start earning on Unlockt, please do the following:

- The bank account should be in the same country as the country that issued the verified photo ID of the Creator. As an alternate payout method, you can add a verified e-wallet
- Complete your W-9 form (for US Creators)

Note: You may be unable to set a file price until your account has been verified.
Our legal team will act promptly to ensure that such content is no longer accessible and, if necessary, to implement any procedures that may be required :
- Unlockt studies your request and immediately proceeds to report the contents on the external platform in order to obtain a fast and total deletion.
- Unlockt will alert the user of the disclosure and, if necessary, investigate, including the recipients of the disclosed content.
- Any user who is responsible for the external publication of the content is subject to sanctions by Unlockt and may have their account blocked.
- Unlockt may also take legal action.
You can choose when to initiate a payout.
Once the amount on your wallet has reached the threshold allowing payment, you can cash out whenever you want. Once this action has been taken, it takes 7 working days to receive the money in your bank account.

Yes, we have a minimum price. The minimum is 5$ if you want to send a file.
We’d like to inform you that if you set your price at 5$ you will not receive 5$ because Unlockt takes 20% commission rate.
No, this is strictly forbidden.
Please note that all media is subject to intellectual property rights protection. Therefore, if any media is broadcast outside of the Unlockt private exchange channel, the member will have their Unlockt account closed and legal action may be taken.
Unlockt is adamant about respecting privacy and will enforce the law in case of violation.
If you have spotted Unlockt content outside the platform, please report it immediately.
The minimum age required is 18 to be able to create an Unlockt account. When registering, each member agrees to respect the minimum age allowed.
A user who would try to register on the platform by being a minor exposes himself to a permanent closure of his account.
When a User validates a purchase on your profile, your earnings are added to your balance. We distinguish two types of earnings concerning your balance:
- "Pending" earnings
These are recent earnings from your balance which, for safety reasons, cannot be withdrawn during a given period.
- "Validated" earnings
These are earnings that have successfully passed the validation period, which can be transferred to the payment method of your choice.

You can then share content with your friends and clients however Unlockt will take 20% commission on the amount of transactions made.
Prices appear in the currency you choose during your registration. This currency is directly linked to the country you choose when you created your account.
When doing a sale, if the currency between the seller (sharing the link) and the downloader (paying for the link) is different, the conversion will be done by the bank of the downloader. Conversion costs may be incurred by the downloader’s bank to carry out the transaction.
