Unlockt is a marketplace that assists in the payment for and provision of access to user-generated content (“Content”) that is produced by content creators (“Uploaders”) and licensed to our other users (“Downloaders”) for access and download. In using Unlockt, Uploaders should follow these Uploader Guidelines (“Guidelines”) to ensure that Unlockt remains a safe space for all users. These Guidelines govern both the Content uploaded by Uploaders and the activities of those Uploaders while interacting with Downloaders and other Uploaders or otherwise using Unlockt.
We are committed to encouraging Uploader expression and to ensuring that all Content on Unlockt is legal, safe, and enjoyable for Downloaders. To assist in these efforts, Uploaders should not upload Content that violates these Guidelines or credit card association rules.
We may remove any Content that describes or depicts – whether real, simulated, or implied:
We may also remove any Content which advertises, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or solicits the use of illegal goods or services, including prostitution, human trafficking, and illicit drugs.
We are committed to ensuring that every individual depicted on Unlockt consents to the production and publication of the Content on Unlockt. To assist in these efforts, we place additional restrictions on Uploaders who upload Content that depicts one or more third parties (“Content Depicting Third Parties”). We are committed to ensuring that Downloaders get the benefit of their bargain. In other words, we want Downloaders to get what they pay for. To assist in these efforts, Uploaders should ensure that all representations made to Downloaders in furtherance of licensing Content on Unlockt are lawful, including that such representations are truthful and not misleading, regardless of whether such representations occur on Unlockt or a third-party platform or communication system. Uploaders should follow all laws, rules, and guidelines issued by the Federal Trade Commission or any similar state agency that may pertain to rules against deceptive or unfair trade practices. For example, Uploaders should provide an accurate description of the pay-walled Content, including whether the Content depicts nudity or sexual activity and the type of nudity or sexual activity depicted.
