Uploader Guidelines

Introduction

Unlockt.me ("Unlockt", "we", "us", or "our") operates a marketplace that facilitates payment for and access to user-generated content ("Content") made available by creators ("Uploaders") to other users ("Downloaders") for access and, where enabled, download.

These Uploader Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to Content submitted to Unlockt and to Uploaders' conduct on or in connection with the platform. They supplement the Uploader Terms, Content Moderation Policy, Consent and Image Rights guidance, and other applicable policies.

Uploaders must comply with applicable laws, these Guidelines, and relevant payment network requirements.

1. Content Guidelines

Uploaders must not submit illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited Content.

Unlockt may reject, restrict, suspend, or remove Content that depicts, describes, promotes, or implies any of the following, whether real or simulated:

• Minors or persons presented as minors in sexual contexts, including age-play and adult-baby/diaper-lover themes.
• Non-consensual activity or an inability to consent, including sexual assault, coercion, kidnapping, intoxication, unconsciousness, sleeping or passed-out persons, voyeurism or up-skirt recordings.
• Violence, torture, sadomasochistic abuse, hardcore bondage, weapons used in a sexual context, asphyxiation, genital mutilation, or other dangerous sexual acts.
• Bestiality or sexual depictions involving animals, including prohibited animal-themed or monstrous-humanoid scenarios.
• Incest or sexual activity between blood or legal relatives.
• Self-harm, suicidal conduct, or encouragement of self-injury.
• Necrophilia.
• Scat, urine, lactation, vomit, blood, or other prohibited bodily-fluid content; this restriction does not, by itself, prohibit semen, female ejaculation, or saliva.

Content must not advertise, facilitate, solicit, or promote illegal goods or services, including prostitution, trafficking, or illicit drugs.

Unlockt may apply stricter restrictions when required by law, its payment partners, or its other policies.

2. Content Depicting Third Parties

We are committed to ensuring that every individual appearing in content published on Unlockt is at least 18 years old and has provided the necessary consent.

When content features one or more individuals other than the account holder ("Content Depicting Third Parties"), the Uploader must:

• Obtain and retain written consent from each additional person depicted in the content, confirming their consent to being recorded, appearing in the content, and having the content published, commercially distributed and downloaded through Unlockt.
• Verify the identity and age of each person depicted and securely retain supporting identification documents confirming that they were at least 18 years old when the content was created.
• Ensure that all required consent and age verification documentation has been obtained before publishing the content.
• Ensure that the content does not violate any third party's rights or applicable laws.

Uploaders are responsible for obtaining and securely maintaining these documents. They are not required to systematically upload them to Unlockt when publishing content but must be able to provide them promptly upon request.

Unlockt reserves the right to request signed consent forms, identification documents and any additional supporting information at any time, including during random compliance checks, content moderation reviews, investigations or requests from payment partners.

Unlockt may delay publication, restrict access, remove content or suspend an account if the required documentation cannot be provided or is found to be insufficient.

Accepting Unlockt's Terms of Service or confirming consent through a checkbox does not replace the requirement to obtain and retain written consent from additional individuals depicted in the content.

3. Sales Representations

Uploaders must describe and market Content accurately, including in communications outside Unlockt that promote Content sold through the platform.

Statements must be lawful, truthful, and not misleading.

Uploaders should accurately describe paywalled Content, including whether it contains nudity or sexual activity and the general nature of that material.

Uploaders must comply with applicable consumer-protection and unfair or deceptive trade-practice laws, including relevant Federal Trade Commission requirements where applicable.

Uploaders must not misrepresent ownership, permissions, identity, content availability, or the Downloaders' rights of access or download.

Content already purchased should not be withdrawn without a legitimate reason, a legal requirement, or another basis permitted by the applicable terms.

4. Safety Precautions

To promote safety and accountability, Uploaders must not:

• Submit Content depicting nudity or sexual activity in which a depicted individual cannot be adequately identified for the purpose of verifying their identity and age, including where concealment prevents necessary verification.
• Record sexual or nude Content in a public place where members of the public are reasonably likely to observe or be included without their consent.
• Disclose another user's or individual's private information without lawful authorization.
• Harass, threaten, defame, intimidate, or improperly interfere with another person's personal or professional life, on or off Unlockt.
• Solicit or accept payments for travel or in-person meetings through Unlockt.
• Engage in fraud, including collusion involving stolen payment cards or unauthorized transactions.

Uploaders must take reasonable measures to protect the privacy, safety, and consent of every person involved in producing Content.

5. Enforcement and Reporting

Unlockt may review Content and related records, conduct risk-based or random checks, investigate complaints, and take action where Content or conduct appears to violate these Guidelines, applicable law, or payment network requirements.

Depending on the circumstances, Unlockt may refuse publication, remove or restrict Content, suspend transactions or downloads, require additional documentation, or suspend or terminate an Uploader account.

We may also cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Anyone who becomes aware of potentially prohibited Content or conduct should use Unlockt's Report Abuse form or contact support@unlockt.me.

Reports should include, where available:

• The Content link or location.
• The relevant username.
• The date and time.
• A description of the concern.
• Any supporting information.

Do not send sensitive identity documents through unsecured channels unless instructed to do so.

Unlockt may update these Guidelines to reflect changes in law, platform operations, or payment partner requirements.
